Second in Command (Chosen One) - In charge when the Leader is offline, Deals with all of the below aspects generally. [ADB]

Treasurer (Protector/Murderer) - Loans and keeps track of anything kama-related, such as other members loaning Kamas/Equips, so nothing goes forgotten within the guild. Also keeps track of the different professions our members have so that if a guildie needs a craft they can direct them. [ADB]

Spy (Protector/Murderer) - One who keeps track of newly formed guilds and any Perceptors that we are able to take down. Also tracks when Prisms switch hands and are vulnerable for our guilds alliance to take control of. [ADB]

Mentor (Reservist) - A unique rank, a Mentor will be assigned an inexperienced guildie to teach them. Anything from efficient builds/equips to information in general about quests/dungeons and useful stuff to do like the Almanax. They will also help them level until such a time where the guildie is adequate and a new guildie will be assigned. [ADB]

Governor (Reservist) - One who maintains rank promotions according to merit, also has control over XP contribution and may raise/lower the exp for certain situations such as a guildie wanting to give more or less than 5% for a certain amount of time. [ADB]

Counselor (Guide) - One who gives advice and offers solutions for problems about any aspect of the game. [ADB]

Secretary (Diplomat) - One who keeps the entire guild updated on important news within the guild or dofus in general; such as new areas, class changes etc. [ADB]

Recruiting Officer (Guard) - One who recruits and informs a higher authority such as the Leader, SiC or Treasurer on who has left and who has been recruited.

Initiate (Lv150+) - One who was recommended an administrative rank who will then carry out the actions of said rank until a guild vote has taken place for them to receive the rank.


NOTE: To become an administrative rank, You must first reach the required rank and inform the guild leader of the role you desire, who will ask the guild as a whole if you would be suitable. If so, you will be placed into the Initiate position, during which you will attempt to handle the specific and general duties the rank you wish to become requires. After a selected amount of time the guild will be gathered and a vote will take place. If the majority believes the person deserves the rank, they will be promoted and gain the necessary rights for that rank.

If you do not wish to become an authoritive figure in the guild, You can still gain a special rank that requires no extra effort. These ranks will be awarded in time, to those who best describe them.

Traitor

Some examples include:
Someone who breeds alot of mounts can gain the Breeder Rank.
Someone who buys/sells alot can gain the Merchant Rank.
Someone who hunts alot of materials can gain the Treasure Hunter Rank.


Nuisance (Alt) - The rank you obtain if you already have a main in the guild.

Update
Nuisance Rank - Instead of being a Special rank I have decided to change it to the rank for alts.
For any member with more than one character in the guild they may select who will be their main and rank up accordingly, while the others will be set to Nuisance.

As the guild starts to fill up the least active alt will be removed to make room for a new member.
